Your first treatments will include a FREE consultation, ensuring the massage will be tailored to your desired outcomes.

Advanced Clinical Massage

With a focus on improved and sustained outcomes, I use a fusion of techniques including myofascial release, hot stones, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage and stretching techniques to help address the specific pain and discomfort that is impacting your life. Using range-of-motion assessment and a detailed knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, I will work with you to will develop a treatment plan to address the root causes of your problem, reduce your pain, restore movement, and improve overall function, usually with a noticeable improvement in 3 to 6 sessions. The first session comes with a FREE 30 minute consultation.

Deep Tissue Massage

Targeting the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, this technique uses slow, deep and deliberate strokes with sustained pressure to release built-up tensions and “knots”, whilst reducing pain and stiffness. It’s often used to treat musculoskeletal issues like injuries, chronic pain, and limited mobility. Deep tissue massage can also help with improving circulation to reduce inflammation and fluid buildup, speeding up healing of muscle strains and sprains, restoring range of motion, improving posture and relieving stress and tension. And if you like a firm massage, deep tissue can be deeply relaxing!

Relaxing Massage

Focussing on your individual needs, I will tailor a bespoke massage for your tired muscles and stressed mind, thoroughly addressing your tension and promoting complete relaxation and rejuvenation. The massage will incorporate a variety of techniques including grounding Eastern techniques, hot stones and flowing movements from Swedish massage, leaving you feeling truly relaxed and invigorated.

Both myself and my husband pre booked and experienced the most relaxing massages at Beachside in Steve’s comfortable and tranquil studio. The whole visit really enhanced the total switch off from normal life for a few days for us. Even a week later my shoulders still feel 6 inches lower than before.
