My ogoing journey with Clinical Massage

Over the past six months, I have been working with the JING INSTITUTE in Brighton to expand my continuing professional development and have now completed further modules in addition to that for back pain, which includes neck and shoulder, shoulder girdle, forearm wrist and hand, leg knee and foot plus the pelvic girdle. These have provided me with detailed protocols for working with those with injuries and chronic pain in most of the common pain complaints that my clients come to me with. These include conditions such as:

Lower back pain
Sciatic pain
Frozen shoulder
Whiplash and neck injuries
Rotator cuff injuries
Headaches and general tension in the neck
Tennis and Golfers elbow
RSI and Carpal Tunnel issues
Shin splints
Achilles tendonitis
Funning injuries
General Tendonitis
Easing of arthritic pain

Clinical massage is also extremely effective helpful addressing less specific conditions such as ME, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fribomylagia, where the individual is experiencing a hyper-arousal and sensitivity to pain or even just plain exhaustion. Clinical massage is also very helpful with addressing stress, trauma and poor sleep.

If you would like to speak to me about how clinical massage might help you, please do contact me for a no-commitment chat.

I am now on the first year of  BTEC level 6 in Advanced Clinical Massage at Jing, which  is the most advanced course for massage in the UK and am excited about developing my expertise even further.
